Courses will be taught by certified instructors. Classes will be taught following standards and policies established by certifying agency. Students must participate and meet expectations of the certifying agency. Certification cards will NOT be issued to students not meeting standards. Students unable to meet the standard will be able to attend a future scheduled class of same topic without additional cost.
Signing up for any Shamrock Training Services program constitutes an agreement to our Refund Policy. If you decide not to attend a purchased course, 2 days prior to scheduled classes, send an email to sts@ncn.net and we will process a refund for 100% of your tuition. If you withdraw from classes less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class, a refund will be issued 75 percent of charged amount minus $6 refund processing fee. Failure to notify Shamrock Training Services prior to the start of the class a refund will be issued 50 percent of charged amount minus $6 refund processing fee.
